Some Exciting News!
I am now a member of AASECT, The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counseling, and Therapists; actively working toward certification as a Sex Therapist.
Having recognized a real demand in the community, [Achieve] Balance is making a shift to address concerns specific to sexual wellness. Please email me at tjonesrouse@achievebalance-llc.com to connect about concerns related to Sexual health, functioning, and pleasure.
This change will occur gradually and will not impact existing patients... except that I'll be increasingly knowledgeable about human sexuality. For more information, click here.

That your journey has brought you here indicates that something in your life has become overwhelming and you desire change. Often we have tried so long to manage on our own what's better managed with help. There are multitudes of reasons that people seek counseling. Most often we are seeking to restore what once was, to gain insight, to learn how to make change, and to find relief from emotional and relational pain.
It is my goal that our work together will create lifelong changes by restoring hope, bringing healing, and enabling you to gain and utilize the tools to find the balance you seek to achieve.
